I always have bad dreams about an ex girlfriend who turned out to be horrible, {her birthday 10 October}
Yet before her was the best gf i ever had had and was falling in love with, i never dream about? (both dumped me btw)  |

Maybe you have underlying issues there that are manifesting through dreams, when we go through trauma our minds need to be able to process information in order to categorise it, deal with it and move on. Now you are away from that environment your mind now thinks it's time to heal. Just a theory. |

You dream about what youre thinking about. Youre thinking about it so will dream about it. Then you try not to think about it and think even more. So dream even more. Vicious circle. Blahh |

Yea ill go for that, i have ptsd from years ago but live with it now

Yea ill go with that too. Was up late fixung car for work and had bad dreams about that too |

What's that trying to communicate? 
To be fair, the night before I had a dream about Rambo. Lots of camouflage and violence seems to be a theme. |

Dreams don't follow the logical thinking patterns of your conscious mind - your unconscious is more random and abstract. In fact when you are dreaming your memories become established and it seems that we make sense of ourselves and life. |
