I'd say it's got to be a football and a cricket bat and a bike.
I was always an outdoor kid.
Can't remember ever having any board games and stuff like that |

I can't bring myself to write the words anymore, life is so fucking unfair sometimes. I think I might need some more love in my leaving thread.
If you must know my harrowing tale you can find it here:

Mine was Buckaroo..... Although I seem to remember we played it somewhat differently to the game where you load-up the little plastic donkey with Cowboy parafinalia,,,,,,
Anyway, In our game,,, I always seemed to play the part of a donkey, though I’m not gonna tell ya where everyone used to shove their sticks of Dynamite trying to win the game…
still hey-hoo….. I bet you all thought I was gonna say my favourite toy was a Cindy doll …… didn’t ya……pah…….

Got a 20 bore shotgun at 10 and held a licence ever since.
This is not unusual by the way in rural circles.
The logic is you teach young and they stay safe for life. |

No my family where country folk and both poachers and gamekeepers. The two do go together.
I and most like me were brought up around these things and just saw them as part of growing up.
If you eat meat there has to be blood it's that simple.I gave me far more respect for animals because I know the process. |

Loved my toy soldiers..and I dont mean the little green plastic ones either but proper metal ones, duly painted, varnished, glued on bases & used to re-enact battles.
Geeky I know,no wonder I never got laid as a teenager
But I did learn a lot of history! |

"I was a bit of a chemistry set geek. I blew up my dad's shed when I was 9 - one of the proudest moments of my life! " omg, I had a chemistry set as it was one of my fav subjects at school and while I didnt blow up a shed... I did manage to scare my parents sufficiently for them to restrict me to using it under strict surveillance, ie with dad present... fun times, eh?
