I drink decaffeinated tea. |

Decaff tea shouldnt cause a problem for your bladder although 8 cups is rather a lot. Is it the quantity thats the problem rather than what it is you drink ? |

I had to cut down on tea as well. It nearly killed me lol. I started drinking coffee and the lecture I got for that was unreal. Just two cups of tea a day now. Morning and evening and if I've had a bad nights sleep I'll have a coffee first thing. |

Yes, the quantity. I drink a lot of water too and my bladder is overactive. |

Mine is too. Im limited on what and how much i drink although obviously its my choice if i follow their advice or not  |
