Almost everyone eats at lest 1 thing the same evey single day.
I got mor than 1 thing but that's a nother thread
My dayley things are
Pomegranate juice
Oringe juice
Oats
Milk
80% Dark chocolate
Gaelic
Walnuts
Hunny
And 2 leters of water
Wot do you eat that's the same from day to day.
Let's see how long it take befor sumone complains thay are getting hungry |

A local independent cafe does the most amazing veggie breakfast which comprises thick sliced traditional baked toast , 2 fried eggs , grilled tomato , mushrooms , hash browns and baked beans . With a mug of tea and I have this every day .

"A local independent cafe does the most amazing veggie breakfast which comprises thick sliced traditional baked toast , 2 fried eggs , grilled tomato , mushrooms , hash browns and baked beans . With a mug of tea and I have this every day .
Everything else varies day to day "

Lots of fresh fruit and veg ,,,, olives , muesli, yoghurt, kindly beans butter beans , dried fruit, no-alcohol , no coffee, no confectionary ,,,,,,

theres a market near me that has a food stall sometimes with a german fella, with his frankfurters,bratwurst etc (no unecessariness please!) and his korean wife with her kimchi...which is basically just spicy sauerkraut...best fast food ever! |

I don't but only cos of my ocd I make sure I don't eat the same th8ng every day.
But liquid wise I always drink coffee x3 every morning then switch to juice. |

I use plain whey protein to top up my protein intake. I also put olive oil in my shakes for extra calories along with oats and peanut's.
My breakfast shake is 1300 calories |
