Communicating via the medium of text can, at times, be very difficult.
Wit,dry humour and sarcasm can easily be misinterpreted..even with the use of funny emojis, and I've frequently had people confused or believing that I'm being offensive when I'm actually trying to have a little banter! 
BUT! How do I know or you know, it's just you being an arse and not them misinterpreting!! Discuss if you can be arsed.  |

This is one of my big fears. Even emoji's don't always help as they can be used ironically or sarcastically. It's a bloody minefield! I often click send on a message and just pray the other person gets my sense of humour. I seem to spend too much time just sitting anxiously waiting on replies on something I've said. It's so much easier talking to someone face to face. |

Arseholes can disguise themselves at first behind irony and sarcasm but it doesn't take too long for the actual arse to appear...I rode my nobel stead onto a thread to rescue a fellow forumite from a real life actual arse a couple of days ago, a white knightess, but does that now make me an arse?
