A little help if you please
I am a runner who, after injury is now starting to run again. Normally I don't need music, but in this rehabilitaion stage, finding it does help until my form returns.
So what are the most motivating songs to run to???
And do they match what is on my MP3??
At present I'm running 7 miles so need just under an hours worth of tunes.
Thanks in advance!!

"Don't know about running music, however, I always find Queen's Don't Stop Me Now very uplifting and a great song to drive to. "
Haven't got that one but do have 'One vision' |

One Vision is good too, as is We Will Rock You and We Are the Champions, IMHO. |

I suppose it all depends on what your in to. I am loving at the moment, Young the Giant, Foster the People and Ray LaMontagne. If I were to want to run like I hadn't a care in the world then I think I would turn to the KOL as I am a huge whore for them |

I've also just come back from injury and building my miles up gradually I don't listen to music when i exercise but if i did i would defo be listening to some trance, Euphoric and full of energy. Try Bullet in the Gun by Planet Perfecto or Drifting Away by Manyou. |
