10 years after what? It was a normal Bank Holiday, nothing drastic had happened in the world, had it?
In August 2001 I was still living at my ex-wife's house although we were living totally separate lives by then and tbh it was a pretty difficult time in my life. Can't say I have any exact recollections regarding the Bank Holiday as I think I'd just rather forget the whole period. |

I was in Gran Canaria... Flew out of Bham lunchtime Saturday... Flew back in to Edinburgh Tuesday lunchtime...
Two whole days fabulous sun, sea and sand....
All inc. Flights transfers and train back to Brum... £50 less than a 3 night hotel in Britain...;-)
Im in as good a place in life today... |

we were celbrating our wedding anniversary and K's birthday, seems one or both always fall on the bank holiday weekend  can tell you where we were 4 years ago (Doha) 14 years ago (Dublin) 24 years ago (Amsterdam)  |

A would say there’s a reasonably high probability I was in some foreign-water offshore location bobbing about on a huge floating drill…. just wishing for choppers eve to come so-as I could start thinking about packing away my ever-so butch blue handled toothbrush in readiness for breaking out my fluffy pink one, as soon as I got home again… arf-arf  |

Cannot remember what I did 10 years ago on this day, but 7 years ago to this very day it was the first time I ever clapped eyes on Mrs Red .... 12 months after that we got married  |

id just became a mum for the first time and would of been looking after a tiny ,perfect little mirical . the feeds in the early hours watchng comedy central and grabbing sleep when i could . hubby doting on his new daughter and wrapped around her lil finger even at a couple of months old .lol!
