God no, as someone with a genuine phobia of tomato ketchup (yeah, I know that's weird) that sounds like my worst nightmare. I didn't think it was possible to make ketchup even more revolting than it already is but you've just managed it! |

Bloody hell, for a site where people talk about getting up to all sorts of sexual shenanigans, it's funny how something like tomato sauce on a roast causes such consternation |

For someone who likes ketchup. (I'm assuming you meant this) I watch people do it all the time and i just don't get it. It's a condiment that should not find its way on a dining table. |

Tomato sauce on a roast is a no.
Also if someone puts salt and vinegar on their food before tasting it I want to rip them to pieces. Taste your bloody food before flavouring it. Maybe I seasoned it and cooked it well enough it doesn’t need enhanced flavour. |

"If someone put tomato sauce on a roast I'd cooked they'd be wearing it very soon after "
I'm totally with you on that one.
Had a friend who put food with her ketchup!! She never had an invite for dinner at my house.
Her kids were the same and she wondered why her kids teeth were rotten. She thought tomato ketchup was one of their five a day!! |

Ketchup is great with fish and chips but not suday roast.
My nephew (17 years old) puts ketchup on almost everything he eats in sandwiches on xmas dinner when we go out for a meal he covers his food in the stuff, I feel sorry for his future gf/wife! Half a bottle of the stuff as well. |

what ever floats your boat...but do it as part of the dish and dont call it a simple roast maybe ...
Diarrhoea Custard, Diarrhoea pie,
All mixed together with a dead dog's eye
Snots on toast, slices cut thick
All washed down with a cup of cold sick
yep it might taste like that |

I've seen some odd stuff on this site and anyways thought what people do with consenting adults is up to them.
Ketchup and gravy is wrong though. I've got to draw the line somewhere. |

You're right! I'm making assumptions about the level of depravity that you were suggesting. I'm a bad person.
Having roast meat and potatoes WITHOUT gravy is another matter for another time. |
