Missing messages

Hi all

I’ve noticed my unread messages are disappearing day by day before I’ve even read them

Any idea why

Not that we have this issue

but I believe, your inbox only holds so many messages before older ones drop off.

Unread messages also expire after a few weeks.

It's like a Roladex

Showing my age there ha ha

So delete the messages you've read and the unread will roll up to take their place

Not a clue about them expiring though

That happens to me all the time, messages come in and disappear before I get chance to see them there, sort of!
