I thought I’d share with the forum something my hairdresser put me on to.
If you’ve got thinning hair then try some biotin tablets...
I got a years worth from Amazon for about £15.00, unbelievable results.
My hairdresser was losing her hair and couldn’t find out why, she tried everything but nothing really worked.
Her vet had given her horse biotin for patchy hair growth, so she ask her doctor about human equivalents, of which, it turns out, there are many.
She’s had amazing results, as have I and several people I’ve put on to it.
It also has the added benefit of the new growth coming through darker, reducing my greys as well.
Thought it was worth a share! |

There can be some side effects, I would definitely suggest reading the labels and taking advice if needs be, before taking biotin.
As for permanent penis shrinkage, I can’t see anywhere that that is a side effect of this supplement. Ha ha |

Well the reason you wont find that in the information brochure is becuase I made it up..... |
