Paid it a visit yesterday, the first time since the newly designed Wellness Suite opened. Much improved though still some way behind what's available on the continent.

I haven't been in years but lived it when I did visit. The roof top pool on a snowy day was bliss. Love the sensation of hot and cold

FTFY

Couldn't agree more - have only been once, but loved it - the rooftop pool was indeed an experience especially with all the wonderful architecture around. Forget when we went but pretty sure it was at least autumnal so a fairly surreal experience sat in a hot pool on the roof at that time of year

The rooftop pool is as spectacular as ever but the real difference is with the Wellness Suite. The four steam pods have been reduced to two traditional steam rooms and there's now an infra red sauna and a separate relaxation room too.

Though still sadly lacking a plunge pool there's a machine that deposits ice into a trough which i thought was a nice touch and there's more cold showers available.

Well worth a visit even if you've een before.

Not quite over the hill

The ice room in the wellness suite is an interesting addition We've had most weathers in the roof top pool but not snow!

Considering how bad the English are at this kind of thing i think it's a good effort. We'll certainly be going more often now.

Been hitting all the thermes in Germany as I ride my motorcycle through Europe. Love the wellness spas.

Is Bath’s all nude once you get into the wellness areas like Europe?

Bring an American I would never have got naked in public if I didn’t live in Germany first. Now I think it’s heslthy to be nude.
