Depends on the style and placement of them.

If you’ve got one that looks like you did it yourself after a bottle of tequila one night then I doubt it’s going to be hot. Unless you’re me of course, in which case it looks cool as fuck

Depends on the tattoo and who it's on. Some people get a tattoo for the sake of having one and often those tats aren't hot

Have never found them to make me fancy someone, I either fancy them or I don't...have found a few that have done the opposite tho! More to do with placement, I dislike facial tattoos
