As a hang over is pretty much dehydration get some dyralite (hope thats spelt right) from the shop.its for when you get the sh**s. It replaces all the salts and mineral and rehydrates you. Tastes nasty. I have one before I start drinking and if iam in any state to do so one when I get in. Oh and before you go out start to drink loads of water. |

Don't mix your drinks, coffee on the way home too, and then water, then sleep then full English and more coffee, it's still taking me two days to shift them but I'm old and if I'm out for a drink I'm not tickling it  |

One day karma will bite you on the bum for exactly this, old boy hangovers are horrendous, saflynot wont be the bite on the bum you like either |

My trick is to don't drink after midnight, and I'm fresh in the morning...even when I slept just 3 hours because red bull is keeping me awake |
