I'm effectively telling my employers that are cunts...well through a friend/manager.

I haven't been looking for jobs while employed(have a few instant hires

)

but contacting a managing(the friend) director and highlighting the company, or a founding directors inadequacy...all I can think is my next CV is "that director is a cunt"

I think the use of the word count in the workplace is totally unacceptable.

I've resigned in dramatic style before after being treated pretty badly.

I emailed the senior management team, HR and the director with a few home truths about my line manager...
