I generally go for FWB and I feel really lucky to say I have a fair few friends I no longer have sexual encouters with, but remain great buddies.

Gives me a warm fuzzy belly knowing they genuinely like me for me.

Have had both. In my experience Fwb is better as you grow together sexually. And you can do friends things as well obviously.

I have always preferred regular friends, it's just feels more relaxed than chasing cock and arranging meets that never happen, and I quite like the intense passion it can bring with it and of course a great friendship
