I've only lost a slight bit of weight since the last social As I seem to have hit a wall with it lately so I honestly think it was more a case of the sizing being big fitting in all honesty

Morning all. You won't believe this. Me and the family have to be out of our rooms by 12 as other people will be in them by 1 meaning we would have to hang about in the main foyer or bar for over 12 hours until our coach arrives at 1:25am tonight.

Could you not pay a day rate for a room. Fairly common practice on holidays where you have to wait for transfers etc.

I had a laugh a couple of days ago. When I got my rota for next week, I thought that I was just gonna have shifts on Monday and Wednesday as I had booked Tuesday off but I've actually only got the shift on Wednesday as it said I had requested Monday off as well lol

I guess they must have given me that day off as well with it being my birthday that day so I'll take that as a kind gesture from work

Yes indeed lol. After that shift on Wednesday, I'll probably have another 3 or 4 shifts and then I'm off for another week as I booked it off so I can use up some of my holiday days that I had left

I suffer from ibs can't eat a lot of dairy products because of it so I feel your pain. I find increasing my fibre intake helps when it acts up, Hope it eases of soon x

I suffer from ibs can't eat a lot of dairy products because of it so I feel your pain. I find increasing my fibre intake helps when it acts up, Hope it eases of soon x "

Thanks curvy, fibre sets it off as well. I never used to suffer like this but since my big op it's changed, the bowel spasms are awful. Once the painkillers kick in I'm fine just then spaced out for the day. Can't win. X

If you can find them the feminax heat patches (designed for period cramps) they are really good you just stick them on and let the heat soothe the cramps and you can walk around doing everything you need to get done whilst wearing it. I've only ever seen them in big boots or Superdrug's stores though
