Is it just me that struggles with the opening message to someone....i end up 're doing messages a few times before I send...and even then I still feel awkward lol |

Not tryed the direct approach yet!
It's even harder when your messaging a profile that's very "vanilla" it's where do you start lol

Yeah that's a fair point the something I have though about before the main reason for that was when I first joined I noticed there in a few members on here that work for the same company as myself so what to stay well off there radar haha as I would like to keep this part of my life private  |

So this is how it goes in Fab;
You will need to grow a thick skin, and accept rejection, and even revulsion at times.
You will see your messages read, and straight deleted.
You will receive well-crafted replies like; "Face pic?" To which you will send your face pic, only to receive either straight delete (and blocked), or no reply, or "Not my type", or "You don't float my boat", and probably blocked.
You may see your message has been read, and receive a friend invite (but no message). Your profile will be viewed (including your private gallery), and you may receive a message like "Nice cock", and then nothing else.
You may receive an actual message, and conversation flows.
There's no rhyme or reason to it mate, just trust me on the thick skin, and learn to block those who either ignore you, mess you around, or don't match what YOU are looking for.

Thanks for the honest advice much appreciated
Sure I will get use too it changed the profile photo so hopefully that will be more "friendly" than here have an ogle at my "tail"
It's still early days I guess sure I will get it right at some point |

If its a couple youre messaging always put it to them both. Nothing worse than a guy who thinks hes talking to the woman straightaway. "How are yous both doing this fine day?" For example. Thats my tip for the day! (The mrs btw) lol |

Just be prepared for virtually no responses from females, loads of messages from blokes saying what they want to do to you or you to do to them, or just "u ok?" messages..... (delete and block is yoyr friend here)
Oh, and for the forumites (you'll figure them out if you hang around long enough) who just try to out-do one anothers cocky comments at an OP's expense, whilst offering no real advice or worthwhile comment.
If you can get past these things, fab can be ok. Just dont expect it to be a sex on tap site.. |
