take the word Twat for example to be in context you would have to be associated with fishing or fish farming as it is a term for a fish full of eggs

I don’t like hearing people who insist on using the term “ Driver” when speaking to Taxi-drivers or delivery drivers…. Etc…. or calling a person serving table in restaurants,,,,Waiter etc….
I don't suggest for one moment it’s done offensively…. It just bugs me when I hear people do it, thats all, ….. As if everyone should be happy being addressed only by their occupational title……
