It's 4am and I'm wide awake 
Brain in overdrive about various things and a bit of work stress I think. Just can't switch off 
Who else is up at this ungodly hour and why?? Will we ever get back to sleep?! |

Yep, it's so kind how our brain does that to us, isn't it?!
I'm now preoccupied with how knackered I'm going to be at work today, which is making me even less likely to be able to get any sleep  |

The "quick nap" always seems like a good idea at the bloody time, doesn't it?? But then you and up with jetlag for a week!
