Ha, yes it does ... it was a 'cider' flavour soft drink that was popular in the 70s/early 80s and was a very vivid amber colour. You could also get Peardrax.

Castaway, like an alcoholic version of lilt. Mixed with diamond white cider for a Blastaway (d*unk through a straw in a pint glass)

Most supermarkets still stock root beer.

Ain't cheap though, about £4.50 for 4 small bottles.

What was that red soft drink. Late 80's early 90's. Not seen it since and it's name completely escapes me.

Got it! Tizer! It's that still going?

Ooh, so they do!

I wonder if they do an online shopping thing so I don't have to actually go in.

Cool.

This isn't a slur against Asda or anything. I just hate all modern supermarkets. The cramped aisles, the low ceilings so they can cram an extra floor in. Too many people, not enough space.

Hellish.

As to the OP, I was rather fond of Hooch back in the day. No idea if it is still a thing.

They do - a company called soda boys I think does

But a well know online reatailer from South America sell them by the case

You can get them in American shops in London at a premium price point
