So today is my birthday, 36, not a particularly important one, and one that seems to have just turned up without me giving it much thought.
I always try to look forward to what the next year will bring, but always have a little reflection on the year that just went by.
From the last 12 months I'm grateful I've met the people I have through Fab, one in particular has become a life long friend, I think at least, and hope she does too. I also decided to change my career in the last year and am so much happier for it, a real weight and burden lifted from my shoulders.
From the next 12 months I hope to grow that special friendship more and make new friends through Fab and away from it. I hope I find a new career direction too and continue to be happier than I have in previous years.
What do birthdays mean to the Fab masses? |

my dad died shortly before my birthday and his funeral was the day after.
So for me it's always a chance to celebrate the life I now have & be grateful for what I have

Happy birthday!!!
For me, birthdays are a day to celebrate having been fortunate to have spent another year on earth. Life is too short and I am always grateful for having spent another year with my loved ones.
I hope I have the chance to make many more memories.

Oh and lots of thanks to all those who shared what birthdays mean to them, age is a crazy thing, something that like death and taxes can't be escaped, but something we all share. |

As each birthday rolls round I become more incredulous that I actually reached that age. I'm 42 and being in your forties sounds so "grown up", but I don't feel it at all! |
