An idea to lose weight

I saw another posting on here last week about a guy trying to lose weight and asking for women to email him with abuse about his size to motivate him to lose weight.
It started me thinking, whilst I don’t want the abuse, I have always been more successful on diets when I have motivation, a few years back an ex pushed me to lose weight with her as she had arranged for us to go to a nude beach in Spain during a forthcoming holiday, the prospect of baring all was a great incentive to stay on plan!
So my thoughts are, I’ll upload a picture to my friends only section of me as I am now, and every week add another to show progress. If there are any women who fancy helping me get to my goal with some encouraging emails and join me on this journey,that would help focus my mind knowing full well at the end of each week I have to share my progress with them. Don’t worry they won’t be nude!. Obviously I am happy to reciprocate if you want to do the same thing

Don't go on a diet because at some point, you have to come off it. This is usually when the weight goes back on. Try a change in lifestyle instead. I follow the Lean in 15 books and have lost 10kg since January. Good luck hun |

Cut out potatoes and bread for three months if you can, also beer is a no no and buy a spin bike and use regularly, the thing with getting into shape is everyone is different, find what works for you, be committed and keep it up, the ladies will give you enough incentives |

80 percent diet, 20 percent excersise.
Don't eat too little! I've lost over 18kg in 6 months and eating a shit load more than before and don't skip meals. Eat only meat, fish, fruit and veg... stay away from gimicky weight loss snacks.
Don't think of it as a diet but more of a change in your lifestyle.
Do weights and not just cardio, having more muscle mass burns more calories alone.
If you are doing weights then don't pay too much attention to the scales.
Stick with it, once you start seeing results it will make you push harder!

Get a good weight programme like p90x or body beast. Weight will fly off and you will also look leaner. Also try swimming best workout you can do and it's also low impact.

Mate.....just excerise when you can...even 30mins twice a week and eat well...making sure you burn more calories everyday then you’re putting in!
Fitbits are good and link it to my fitness pal that way you can keep an accurate record of what your doing.

Pretty simple really just burn more calories than your taking in, get rid of anything sugary and simple carbs like white bread then your body has to burn fat to create energy. Finally if you can do some cardio a few times a week it will boost your fat burning even more.

Being overweight get lots of people down including me got me down, so I joined slimming world which help with that were I loss close to 6 stone but if you have add my real weight before joining slimming world I weighted close to 24 stone but now I weight 15 stone 10 pounds it would be more but I pick up 8 and a half pound in that time but I think it more muscle since working out lately. |
