was touring oxfordshire with a coach load of elderly german people, they asked to go somewhere to use up a spare 30 minutes.

so i took them to Bladon to visit Winston Churchills grave.

It's historic and most Germans you'll find were rather ashamed for what happened in the 2nd world war. Not all were nazis.

My dad helps run a museum for the Russian convoy in ww2 and a German came in asking if it was OK that he looked at all the stuff.

He asked because he was German and didn't think he'd be allowed in! He even apologised.

It was a shame and my dad of course explained it's ok.

When he told me though I kept laughing and thinking of Harry Enfield!
