Because they have completed their family or do not wish to have a family. It's a lot less easier for the man to be sterilised rather than the woman in a relationship. |

I had it done because we didn't want any more children.Dr said a lot easier to do the male than female.
Downside of op when you get home one of them runs up to you for a hug and they headbut you in the nuts omg that made me cry.
Upside the sex gets so much better as you're both more relaxed no chance of getting preggers. |

Because responsibility for contraception lies with both the man and woman.
Artificial hormones (the pill) doesn't suit everyone and it can fail if you are on other medication. If you have had children and don't want any more then this is more permanent although it is reversible in many cases.
The snip is slightly less invasive than sterilisation for the lady and the recovery time is shorter. |

Feet on the coffee table and take it very easy for a few days. Recovery time can vary. I thought I could go climbing about 3 weeks after my snip. Turns out I was very, very wrong.  |

ive had worse visits to the dentist...the black and blue balls are a little wierd but it goes away..since getting the snip i seem to last for ages during sex...i used to be a one pump chump or a 2 push but now i get 4 or 5 thrusts before "boom goes the dynamite" |

I did exactly that, BUT, 16 years later one of the clips they used decided to detach itself and travel 6" and then try its upmost to get out via her stomach causing all sorts of trauma for the past 12 months. So in hindsight I should have grown a set of bollox then had then cut off so to speak. |

I had a vasectomy and circumcision at the same time, I got told wear baggy pants for the circumcision and supportive for the vasectomy lol. I was in hospital on the Tuesday and back at work Thursday. If it was just the vasectomy I would have felt fine, everything is a bit tender for a week or so but if you're lucky you'll be okay after a couple of days |

Enjoy the drugs. I came home on the bus when I had it done and still a bit doped up, was telling a neighbour all about it at high volume on the bus!
Worst part was the first time in the shower a few days later. Felt like I had weights hanging on them. Either use the bath for a few weeks or keep your underwear on in the shower. |

Sounds horrendous. Hope she is sorted now. Hubby hates the docs so it was easier for me to get done, rest assured though if I have the same problem as your partner he will be encountering some bricks to his bits to counter out any pain I feel and even things out a little lol |

I had mine done on a Friday morning, and used the experience to my best advantage over that weekend, trying to redress the balance for the months of walking on eggshells during pregnancies I was back to work on the Monday though |

Had it done 4 years ago buy very tight boxers I worn 2 at a time just to be sure and have a warm bath next day not today keep clean and after first week when they feel better crude but you need to wank as the tension in them will be excruciating if you don't anything else inbox me
