Funny but when they were given the taste test, they all preferred Tesco's own " Its a good point... and especially so when bearing in mind that our taste buds are so different and individual. What is sweet to one person is not to the next, our palates vary as does our taste in music and art...
One of my roles some years ago allowed me to work in a wine tasting capacity for a large organisation and I learnt to appreciate the difference between us that makes the difference.. It is quite subjective  |

Most of the supermarket champegnes are made by Grande Marque houses.
I used to love a champagne called Cuvee Malakov, it was bought out by M&S. They used to supple champagne to the Tsars of Russia.

We have a good Methode Champenoise, Champagne can only come from the Champagne region" same as our melton mowbray pork pie and stilton can only called if made in the east mids. |
