What have you injured?
I find as I approach 50 you always get stupid niggles but they just go away after a while |

Broken ribs and a torn rib cartilage. It's a nightmare injury because everything relies on the core. |

Used to go to the gym, when I first began "Operation: stop being a fat bastard". But quickly got fed up of the snide remarks and giggling from those that lived there.
I just do T25 at home now, killed me at first but it's getting easier |

"i used to go 3 times a week, built myself up to an hour and half on the weights (and 4 times the amount i was lifting when i started) then injured myself. "
The older I get the more I do it for maintaining rather than getting bigger I leave that to the younger crowd |

I try and go twice a week, do so much cardio to warm up on interval training then on to weights and strength but have struggled for a few weeks to make more than once a week. Feeling better now though so hope to get back to it x |

I find it a chore but once you've dragged yourself there you feel great after
My gym is 5 minutes walk from my house the hardest part is walking up the big hill home after leg day |

All over the place! Northwesr, , Southwest |
Used to go regularly in my twenties. Got married, kids, and gym predictably vanished. Beltline expands...six pack deflates
Separated now and hitting the gym 5-6x week for 45mins to an hour. Too busy to stay for longer. Belly is gone but getting that six pack back is a lot harder at 41! |

As much as i'd love a six pack my passion for naughty food is greater and i guess until this changes i'll be stuck with a semi defined pack. Are there any of my fellow fabbers who share this? (Sorry in advance, perhaps i should have started a nee thread) |

Few times a week but it's all training for running. A fairly brutal interval session on the treadmill (1/4 or 1/2 mile repeats, easier to control than on the road) at least once a week, and a weights session every 4 or 5 days |

I try to go 4 times a week, depending on how work was, sessions generally are between 1-2 hours. I alternate cardio and weight training heavy days.
The past 2 weeks I've slacked off, gone down to 3 days per week due to feeling a bit low. |
