All are really but depends on what I'm cooking or wanting to eat. Strong Cheddar for a sandwich, Roquefort for spreading on crackers or stilton for making a sauce.

only two I really hate are sheep s and Goat's cheese .... Why because I have them and the cheese smell like there crap . lol x I don't eat a lot of meat but cheese I love.
