"Better then PG or Twinnings?"

Oh aye,,, with milk....yeah for sure, Yorkshire Tea is a far more refreshing brew than...PG and Twinnings!!! IMHO

But if ya like it black and strong like I do,,,,, Thompson's Punjana blend takes some beating... ,,,oh aye!!

We bought a 1200 pack of 1cup Yorkshire tea from Bookers. The tea is great, but we can taste the actual paper bags!!

I kid you not! The paper they use for the bags tastes almost as much as the tea.. Perhaps a dodgy batch.

Sent my son to the shop a few weeks ago with a fiver for some tea bags. He came back with a 69p box of the shittest tasting tea I've ever had the misfortune of rinsing my gums with. I'm quite partial to a mug of Tetley's myself. I'm thinking of giving green tea a go for it's antioxident propertie and health benifits. Anyone else tried it?

I like a red bush too, although they're nice trimmed or shaven

Just be careful of the amount of Green Tea you consume. I have cut back to 2 cups a day now. Used to drink it as normal tea, but I started feeling unwell. A herbalist said that Green Tea can affect people if taken too often. Check online too, may be able to get more info there?

"Lancashire Tea"
Was buying me Yorkshire tea in the super market a while back and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw “Lancashire Tea” on the shelf. They've even tried to make the packaging look like the Yorkshire tea Packaging!!! Pffft, i haven't tried a cup of it but bet it tastes crap. Shops should be banned from selling it in Gods own County

Yeah but you are lucky enough to live next door to the greatest, biggest county in Britain!! And we make the best tea! I have always said the best thing in Lancashire is the road that leads into Yorkshire lol. Only joking, but i bet Lancashire Tea does taste like piss!

Depends on the water. For my water Glengettie, Morrisons organic or sometimes Tesco's loose.

"coffee any day tea over the last few years has gone crap "

That may have something to do with your taste buds rather than the quality of the tea. The tea hasn't changed in centuries.

"tetley for me "

I'll drink any brand of tea that's put in front of me so long as it's been brewed properly and not a quick flash flash and out jobbie. We keep PG Tips here, decaf for Siren.
