As a swinger and sex god or goddess... What would or should your appraisal contain and who should give you it? The appraisal that is....;-)

what is it you are/want to appraise...an appraisal is either an subjective view of a subject at a given time or an opinion based upon factual evidence..lol

actually I am just doing annual appraisal on my team and chuckled away thinking how this could be transferred to the scene, in typical female manner I had not thought it through down to the fine details cos blokes are better at that

Personally I hate appraisals and the waste of time one to ones with my boss, sooner be working
