Ohhhh Help.... Is there any qualified masseuse anywhere near Notts.... I'm in pain, tried ringing round they are all shut... Blimey, recession!!!! I need one... Now lol....   |

I get the same as you alot Mr Notts and take anti-inflammetories as that will help alot then hot and cold the area that hurts. Then slowly turn yr head left to right and then up and down when it doesnt hurt as much. You may find laying flat on the floor and stretching the spin out will help . |

I do... I sooooo do need a proper deep one, i'm in agony lol..
Tried the Yellow pages, the back of the local rag, the iphones tap a massage lol, the lot.. bloody suns out and they all having the day off....
Not wanting a freebee but a real proper no finger up the bum proper one lol... |

I have diclofenac... Voltorol, even have some emergency diamorph in ... not quite that bad yet mind lol..... I'm sure some strong soft hands and some hot oil would have the stiffness sorted in hours Mmmmmm

Ibuprofen or diclofenac (Voltarol) from the chemist if you have no pain relief honey. You can take paracetamol and codeine too for more pain relief. Have you tried the mobile masseurs? Or the osteopaths? xxx |

I'd try anything right now.... Done the diclofenac, no good.. can feel the muscle thats buggered lol.. just needs a pampering lol.. but an ostepath may help..

Try paramol, paracetamol and dihydrocodeine or cocodamol as well as diclofenac. Should work together with the Diclofenac and help. And I could give you a cuddle lol. xxx |

On serious and professional note..
Osteopath or, in my experience better still Chiropractor but needs to be BAC approved... asap. General medical practitioner not the best option as they deal with all sorts of general things but this is more specialist stuff.. the MASSAGE, MASSAGE..MASSAGE
and it will hurt... sorry |

Where is your pain? I am not in notts but could still help you with your pain using seomthing else. I could do it over the Internet if you have microphone headphones. |
