When two initially isolated systems in separate but nearby regions of space, each in thermodynamic equilibrium with itself but not necessarily with each other, are then allowed to interact, they will eventually reach a mutual thermodynamic equilibrium. The sum of the entropies of the initially isolated systems is less than or equal to the total entropy of the final combination. Equality occurs just when the two original systems have all their respective intensive variables (temperature, pressure) equal; then the final system also has the same values. |

The reason toast always falls butter side down is due to our height. Tables are generally waist high, and the toast only has time to do half a turn before it hits the floor.
If we were twice as tall, and tables were also twice as high, we wouldn't have this problem.

I think you will find it's due to being at different distances. usually 6 and 9 inches.

Sperm has an anti-aging effect
There’s usually a significant amount of zinc in semen. Zinc is an antioxidant that can slow down the aging process. Also, sperm contains spermine. Spermine can do everything from softening skin to smoothing out and prevent wrinkles. Sperm facial, anyone?

Monkey nuts aren't actually nuts. And they grow under ground and are really peas.
Also current American is probably closer to the real original English accent than today's standard English accent. The current English evolved in the 19th century (I think) as a non rhotic language in order to improve status amongst peers. Apparently.

I still know my phone number from the house I was born in. It hasn't been my number for 24 years. I would say that is pretty useless info.
Another useless fact; my next door neighbours bought a new clock for their bedroom today. I know this because they have attached it to the dividing wall between our beds and it ticks so loud I can hear it. I only have around 60% hearing in one ear and none in the other. They need to take their clock back to the shop pretty sharpish.

The word "shit" came from canal boats/shipping.
When nitrates(poo) were transported by boat, they needed to be kept dry, damp nitrates can spontaneously combust.
So the were marked Ship High In Transit, shortened to S.H.I.T.
