I'm going to be laid up for a bit so could do with some film recommendations.

I've been loaned Hacksaw Ridge to watch.

Any more recommendations? I don't do Horror Films.

I can't recommend the original version (with subtitles) of "Life is Beautiful" by Roberto Benigni highly enough. The film taps into the whole range of emotions from hysterical laughter to tears.
