Do the Maltesers still shoot all the birds that fly over the island and secretly envy Gozetians ....
PS I once gave a signed Newcastle United Goalkeepers top to a roustabout who lived in Malta his father displayed the shirt in the window of his barber shop ... or maybe it was a laundrette |

Malta is a very tiny island (27 km long x by 15 km wide), South of Sicily, with a population of just over 400,000 people, nevertheless you should definitely visit as it has fantastic weather and crystal clear clean waters, moreover it has lots of history, culture, diving, nightlife and so much more
gets around 2.5 million tourists per annum + another 700,000 tourists coming on cruise liners
but as the saying goes "you either love it or you don't"
