Was filling out some health survey form and it asks the question "Do you participate in any form of exercise" and then if yes, "Number of times a week"
Since it didn't specify going to the gym I was tempted to mark "YES". I don't go to the gym or do conventional exercise. But does sex qualify as good exercise?
I think it does - lots of isometrics, sit ups, push ups, back straightening, you name it.

Sexercise, best form of exercise! Can be individual or group work, don't know why it's not recommended more by medical practitioners. Like any form of exercise you can expect the odd injury, but the end result is worth it |

I think if a woman lay there and think of England no ........... But if a man is putting a lot into it yes . lolol sex can be a work out but not all the time . |
