Literally just watching now, whilst cruising the Forums. Done 2 of the big three races (London Marathon and Manchester 10k) intend to do this one next year.

I ran in the Cardiff world half marathon championships last year - as an ordinary punter.
Sir Mo was in the elite race and ended up 3rd. By the time I got to the start line (about 10 minutes from the gun going off) he was nearly 3 miles away |
