Problies a cat 6 it can do 10gbs and they only a 5er from amazon if the router and the Xbox is far away look in to getting power lines |

If you want future proofing you'd go for Cat 6a. Not that you need to future proof as 5e's been around 15 odd years and unlikely to go anywhere anytime soon. Even if it did all 3 cables use an rj45 end and aren't that costly. |

You will see no difference between the two in a domestic network... but cat6 is the newer faster standard or the two. |
