I find that a lot of slim/skinny guys have ginormous cocks and not just cos of the penis to thigh ratio where some quadriceps make a penis look smaller, I mean actual dimensions, some skinny guys are carrying 9 inches in length with 6 inch circumferences. |

If you take a look at the NHS website - it is relatively easy to see what the correct weight range is. I would suggest that true skinny is 'under weight'. Athletic is in the normal range - unless you wish to consider those chaps and ladies who throw hammers around. |

Athletic is in the normal NHS range. No idea who you might be talking about.
I agree that the majority of people are heading to obese and normal should be slim i.e., athletic build. |
