dont think you need to loose weight laine, but the meals i have are all good well balanced with no "added fat" or sugar ect and i rarely eat processed food.

Some weeks i have a really poor appetite and some weeks i eat like a pig.

I usually have fruit for one meal sandwich for another a nd a cooked meal in the evening plus yogurt and fruit through the day

Try this one... its deffos not fat free but full of healthy ingredients.

Into a pan stir fry 125g of chopped chorizo till the oil runs Pour some off if you feel its too much) then add a crushed clove of garlic, two sliced shallots, two sliced sticks of celery, a sliced yellow pepper. Stir fry until soft then add about 150 mls of white wine. Add a tin of cannellini beans. Allow to simmer. Chop a small orange into pieces, stir in and add some chopped sunblush tomatoes. Add pepper but taste for saltiness as this will depend on the chorizo.

add some fresh chopped parsley or basil leaves then serve in bowls with loads of crusty bread to dip in. Gorgeous

little house on the praire

lol

courgette and chilli soup

four courgettes

one to two chillis

one potato

veg stock

boil potato and courgettes

puree them and add chilli and add stock and keep whizzing till right consistancy for you (about 3/4 pint of stock) and bring back to the boil

thats its simple but put less chilli in to start with rather than more

Butternut squash and bacon risotto

14oz butternut squash

roughly 200g bacon i added more

9oz risotta rice

3-4 cloves of garlic (i used lazy garlic so added two teaspoons)

1 leek

cut leek and bacon into small pieces and fry in fry light for a few minutes

Add garlic, rice and butternut squash and keep stirring it all together.

From 1 1/2pints of chicken stock add a ladle full and stir it in till evaporated, keep adding and stirring until all stock has gone(takes quite a while and you have to stand over it)

add salt and black pepper(i put a nice amount of pepper as i think it brings out the taste of the squash)

once its all evaporated and its a lovely creamy texture serve

Its bloody lovely lol

Just had a bowlful of lamb tagine, from a 'diet' book.

Its got losds of really easy, varied recipes in it, and very low fat, so guilt free.

Its by Anna Richardson, the woman that does some stuff for C4's Supersize vs Superskinny etc.

Diets to lose weight are a load of b******t. I'ts simple. If energy in is greater than energy out you'll gain weight. Fatty and sugary foods have a high energy content so just reduce those.

The other answer - do more excerise and enjoy your food.
