I find the wink system on here is pretty much redundant as it never seems to work.... maybe introduce a swipe system like tinder and see how that goes!.. just a thought |

I think its an amusing idea. I would like to think that the swingers in the community could have fun other than sexy fun!
Lots of posts from members saying they just get messages deleted. Posts saying they read the profile of anybody who messages them before they read the actual message. Wink system is there for people who are looking to see if they are compatible. Clearly its a marmite feature.
The swiping app works brilliantly and is very popular. Ever stop and think why that is? Convenient and fun to use to start with.
Its not about instashag. Its about finding people who you at least have potential to be compatible with. You still have to ultimately message to attempt to take things further. It would in theory reduce the numbers of messages that a certain demographic have to contend with. No compatibility no message type thing. Again something we see a lot of threads about. And yes I know some would message anyway.
Recently there have been a lot of threads from people asking if its possible to know if they are on anothers hotlist. Imagine if it was linked to that. Hotlist match!
Could have it so it automaticaly sends a faf message 
I cant see how it would work on fab in all honesty but who knows.
Leaving the site if it gets implimented is a tad excessive. Like other features you wouldnt have to use it. And like other suggestions it probably wont be implimented so in the words of the scousers.....

I'm not sure how the swipe thing works, I'm not on that site. What happens when you've found someone you like the look of? Send a message? Poke them? Wink them?

No browsing of profiles at all. They pop up one after another. Seemingly at random but im sure there must be some mechanic to it. Once you swipe no you will never see that profile again! Ive not used it for years but thats certainly how it worked then. |

I always thought a cross between swiping apps and Fab winks would be a good idea. Instead of swiping you'd wink at someone you liked the look of and could only message if they wink back. A sort of pre message filter |

If you had to tick boxes to get a match, some blokes would end up ticking everything just to appeal to everyone.
I have found winks quite effective, only because I don't carpet bomb everyone with them. A mutual winking sets the scene for further inversigation without the faff of writing a first message.
Winks work for some, not for others.
Now if there were a limit to how many winks a day you could send, people may be more selective with them |

I use winks and they work for me. If I don't get a response I assume they're not interested
All men are blocked so it's a good way to show interest

Winks can definitely work, although I don't understand the people who wink, I'm assuming to test the water, but never make any other contact when you wink back. |
