The other good thing about the kids being back in school is that the Local yummy mummies start frequenting my regular coffee stop after they have dropped the little darlings off...like now..  |

2 teenagers home for 8 weeks!
I gave up on housework weeks ago, as futile as bailing the Titanic out with a teacup.
Last one went back yesterday.
I'm on Operation Restore Order now.
So far I just seem to have built a pile of crap in the living room
I need coffee, and a triple shot in it! |

With a bit of luck Facebook will have calmed down by the weekend.
People are posting kids in their uniform ready for the first day, along with a memory of this time last year, of their kid in uniform on their first day, and a memory of 2 years ago of their kid on the first day.
The only difference is the kid is 4 taller each year. |

We have had 3 children at home.
They seem to think if a room has a bin in it, the floor is close enough...
I have just spent 2 hours tidying up, so the boiler service guy can get to the boiler without breaking his neck... |
