BBC news:
A woman who threw her poo out of her date's toilet window because it "would not flush" had to be rescued after she got stuck trying to retrieve it.
It did not land in the garden, but became wedged between two non-opening windows.
After climbing in head first after it, she became wedged.
Mr Smith had to call the fire brigade for help...

I read a similar story in a comedic romance novel once. She went upstairs to use the bathroom, her shit wouldn't flush, so she tossed it out the window. But instead of landing in the garden, it landed on the glass conservatory roof, under which her host (and his mother and her friend) were having tea and waiting for her return.
How common a problem can this really be?! |

I've heard of doing a pooh on a glass coffee table with some one underneath it watching, I also knew a girl who would shit in unattended handbags at parties. |

Lol similar sort of situation happened at a school leavers house party I went to with friends when we were all 16. Too much alcohol and teenagers don't mix well, someone threw up out of one of the bedroom windows upstairs but the sick went all over the glass conservatory roof! Not a nice cleaning job for that kids parents the next day, lol. |
