Well thought I'd post an update after completing the first cycle of my 90 day plan.
I recently came back from a holiday in Italy. Eating plenty of tasty food and some treats(gelato!). I tried to eat well where I could and worked out around 4 times over the week. I thought I have probably undone the previous 3 weeks good work.
I was surprised to find I had dropped 4kg (more than half a stone) while dropping an inch from everywhere with an inch and a half off the waist. Next stage will involve weights and the diet changing a little.
How is everyone coming along with their own journeys? Any good advice on dumbells? What's been the best motivation for people recently? What healthy foods do people love to eat? |
