Contact your local Citizens Advice. They do free sessions with qualified legal people and can give you best advice. Good luck xx

Google solicitors most do a free first appointment / consultation.

Also ring your local crown / county / combined court (not magistrates)

Citisens advice often do an open clinic there.

Acas is a good start, inbox me if need be
