There no joking matter, they're that sharp you can cut yourself very deep before you know it, yes I have, several times, once didn't know until I saw blood!

We use ceramic blades in work, I don't envy anyone that gets a cut off those. Worse than papercuts.

I have a Japanese gyuto laser that is beyond razor sharp,it can whittle a head hair.

And I get the great pleasure of sharpening and stropping it.

Dump the ceramic and get a real knife I say
