So today I have... made prepared and cooked 120 homemade herbed beef burgers,
Made Piri piri pork belly with my own marinade and also a beef chow mein... and homemade chips, then I also went for a 5k run in the evening |

my 5 year old daughter and i started writing our first song together. It's a punk number, she called it 'Mad Species' and wrote the chorus, I handled the riffs.
