I have met people who age range i am outwith.
However at 39 I feel like im out of almost everyones age range at the moment.
18-38 and 40+ are very common. |

I have an age range but haven't blocked messages from those outside of that range just in case I quite like the look of them.
But I understand why women do, there's plenty of choice on offer, might as well be specific in what you want. |

What really grinds my gears the most is when young men outside my age range message me, I ignore them and then they tell me 'but I like older women' Like I should change my preferences just because they say that. |

Yes I know exactly what you mean. For us we're not comfortable with people same age as our kids but they don't get it.  |

If I could hide my age and you see me you would probably think I'm younger but by the same token people say I act much older.
So I personally don't see what age has to do with attraction unlike a persons character. |

You just have to accept their preference and move on - saves wasting everybody's time.
Shame though, I know people are often genuinely surprised that I am as old as I am. Possibly my immaturity but I prefer to think it is my astonishing, good looks, haha! |

Had that this morning.
Nice message, so sent a polite reply, saying sorry no thanks, you are far too young for me.
Then the whole, but I like older women thing back.
Telling him I have kids older than him, and that's a line I won't cross didn't work either.
