I spent most of the morning making three women I'd never met before very happy. One was a first timer who was a bit nervous but after some patient and gentle coaching she got into it and did well. They all left with a big grin on their face... |

I'm thinking more like a driving examiner. I certainly never left my driving instructor with a big grin on my face. More peed off after handing him £25 per hour!   |
