Does anyone now how to change from a single male to a couples profile

You can't. You may be able to ask admin to do it for you but they don't always do it.

The easiest way is to set up a brand new couples profile.

Think of it this way .... it would seem appropriate to verifications accrued by a single male too a couples profile....
