It starts on itv1 19:45pm, are you also going to watch it and what is your prediction? I reckon england could win it with 1-0, my evening is sorted and I got the haribos ready  |

I think the England players are going to kick the ball in the net 5 times and then someone will fall over and start crying and then someone will brush against someone else and they will also fall over in floods of tears.
Then the ref will blow the whistle and tomorrow's papers will be all about some footballer hurting his toe and how he feels hard done to as he is only on 300 grand a week and he now has a bad toe x |

To bothered about pass competition stats than actually trying to be creative. We're beating Malta 2-0, the second goal was gk error. We look as dangerous as butter. |

Agree, and thanks for the spelling correction. Despite the win some tough viewing, technically our players aren't much. Organisatio is what we're good at but we're going to be surpassed in that area too and that's what keeps us above the parapet. Our players need to be better at roots level. Malta were better than us technically and so were Slovakia, we need to be better technically and we'll be part of the elite, again. |

The sad thing is is when you can remember when england had the players and spirit to want to win the game, certainly since 2000 they have,nt and as time goes on peoples expectations of performance will get less and hopefully all the hype and everything will get less but with sky sports pumping millions of pounds into sponsorship who cares about the proper game the ones the fans do because the players get paid thats all that matters Its certainly going to be a long time before things might Improve the way things are I think it,ll be another 25 or 50 years of any chance of winning a world cup I,d like them to prove me wrong, so lucky to have the memories of the 66 world cup very lucky Indeed.. |
