Have been trying to email a friend using a hotmail account, but the email bounced back as undeliverable.
But the MSN contact is still there, I always assumed that the two were connected and that if one had dissapeared, so would the other.
Can anyone shed light on this, please |

Check that the address book entry for the person you are trying to email is correct. You can always do a quick check on your own account by sending yourself an email. If it arrives in your own inbox you'll know it's working and the problem is with the other person's account. |

Check they haven't got a dot . or you've miss placed a dot . those little fekrs always give me trouble!
